“Morning Sickness, Swollen Feet, and Acid Reflux — Oh My!”

When you’re in the middle of some annoying pregnancy symptom, remember, it won’t last forever. In fact, probably not even for even for the rest of your pregnancy. Thankfully, just about every pregnancy symptom is short-lived. One of my least favorites, morning sickness, usually only sticks around until week 13 or 14. As for that crazy, “I’ve never felt this tired before” stage, it will be a distant memory by the end of the first trimester.

While exercise is the last thing you feel like doing when you’re tired or nauseous (or both!), it can truly be a powerful force against other lovely pregnancy symptoms like bloating and swelling. Want some more good news that doesn’t sound that good? By the time heartburn and sleeplessness hits, you’re in the home stretch.
